By using the service you are consenting to these terms.
Callers must ensure they have the bill payer's permission before using this Service. Charges will be made by the telephone service provider in accordance with your contract with the service provider; Intrinsic IT Ltd makes no charges to the user for this service and accepts no responsibility for any charges made by the service provider.
The service is intended to be used from a mobile phone. Intrinsic IT Ltd may utilise the number from which you call the service to provide information on our services and those of other carefully chosen organisations.
The service is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or suspended at any time.
Services which are offered with no charge from Intrinsic IT Ltd are subject to our fair use policy. If, in the reasonable opinion of Intrinsic IT Ltd, your use exceeds an acceptable level, we reserve the right to request that you voluntarily limit your usage of the service. If after such a request your usage continues to be excessive, we reserve the right to impose automatic restrictions on the service, which will limit usage to a predefined number of minutes per month.
We accept liability for our negligence, but only to the extent stated in this paragraph . We do not exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, nor any liability arising under Part 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987. Our liability to you in contract, tort or otherwise (including for our negligence) arising in relation to the service is limited to £50 for any one incident or related series of incidents and £ 100 for any series of incidents related or unrelated in any period of 12 months. In any event we have no liability for any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable, nor for any direct or indirect loss of business, revenue, profit or savings you expected to make, wasted expense, financial loss or data being lost or harmed. We do not accept liability for the acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunications services or networks or for the availability or performance of such services or networks. If you use the service for business purposes you must indemnify us against any claims that anyone (other than you) threatens or makes against us because the Service is faulty or cannot be used by them. Each provision of this paragraph operates separately in itself and survives independently of the others.
If we cannot do what we have promised in this Contract because of something beyond our reasonable control such as lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war, or military operations, national or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority or industrial disputes of any kind, (including those involving our employees), we will not be liable for this.
You must not use the service to make offensive, indecent, menacing, nuisance or hoax calls; or fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offence. If you do we may cease service without notice.
Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. This may be due to circumstances outside the control of Intrinsic IT Ltd such as changes to the wholesale prices that is charged by third party supplier.
TXT 2 TALK TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using this service you consent to the Terms and Conditions as follows: You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer’s permission. This is a reverse-billed text service, cost of text to 80556 will be charged at £5.00 plus your standard network text charge. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged £5.00 will be sent shortly thereafter. Credit lasts for 90 days from day of first use. Cost of calls to the 0208 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls charged per minute. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. We will automatically top you up with £5.00 credit before your credit is about to run out. We will then charge your mobile with £5.00. To unsubscribe simply text STOP to 80556 at any time. If you choose to unsubscribe, calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with TXT2TALK to 80556 will have to be made for a further top up. A connection charge equal to the rate per minute for the relevant destination is charged on each call.
